The Customer Support team is available to provide consistent answers and resolve questions our valued clients may have. Along with resulting, adding or cancelling tests, the Customer Support staff assists in filling supply orders, providing answers to specimen collection questions and quickly relaying critical results.
Customer Support is the front-line to all other laboratory departments, quickly handling every call or directing it to the appropriate laboratory staff member. The Customer Support department is open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to midnight and Saturdays, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Handling the more complex clinical questions, the Client Support Representatives provide personal consultation and interpretation whenever needed. In addition, the Client Representatives handle any account problem or need, as well as provides routine site visits to all of our valued customers.
