Talk with your primary care doctor, or any other medical or mental health professional, for more information.

We encourage all patients to check with their insurance provider on coverage before proceeding with treatment.

Treatment

Can you make me "better?"

Seeking treatment is an important step toward taking control of your mental and emotional help.

At OSF HealthCare, we have multiple avenues for treatment as well as a collaborative team and support to help you find the service and provider that’s right for you.

While there is no easy “fix” for mental health issues, we are committed to understanding what’s causing your issues and helping you find a solution.

How long will treatment last?

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental and emotional health. Your treatment plan will be specific to you and your current situation.

For some, treatment may last several weeks, for others several months. And for some people, managing their mental health may be an ongoing issue throughout their lifetime.

Talk with your provider to understand your short- and long-term treatment plan.
