Providers with quality medical training who have completed professional certification(s) are desired. A newly trained provider will be considered with the stipulation that certification(s) must be achieved within a few years for continued employment. OSF positions include a base salary commensurate with experience plus RVU bonus incentives.

Call is manageable at 1:5, rotated daily during the week and every fifth weekend. Practice in a beautifully designed, functional and well-equipped medical office with three other family physicians and one nurse practitioner. Call is manageable at 1:5 with physicians taking their own call after hours. The physician can choose to practice outpatient only or incorporate inpatient rotation as well. Inpatients may be covered by our employed hospital group.

Practice in a beautifully designed, functional and well-equipped medical office with other family physicians. Quick assessment and treatment is important in this fast paced environment. Full time physicians work eight (8) shifts per two (2) week pay period. With this full-time position, a physician has the opportunity to work extra shifts for additional pay if desired. The physicians rotate between three urgent care sites. A family medicine physician with quality medical training who has completed ABMS board certification is desired. If hired without board certification, a physician must be board-eligible and must complete certification within 6 months of completing residency. Practice with two other family physicians and a physician assistant in a functional, well-equipped medical office. Call will be 1:5 shared with two area physicians and two advanced practice providers. Call coverage also includes seeing patients admitted to John Warner Hospital in Clinton every third weekend. On average, this consists of 0 – 3 patients who are admitted. Monmouth, Illinois - Due to increasing patient volumes and expansion of our service area, we are seeking an additional family medicine physician at OSF Holy Family Medical Center. Call is one (1) in every four (4) weeks and one (1) in every five (5) weekends with coverage including three other physicians. Weekend call coverage is Friday at 8 a.m. – Monday at 8 a.m. This Family Medicine physician will practice in the clinic with three other family medicine physicians, an internal medicine physician, a pediatrician, a general surgeon, and four physician assistants. This is an IDPH and RIMSAP payback site.
Immediate Opening - Peoria, Illinois - Seeking a family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics physician to work part-time in a very busy urgent care facility (we would consider full-time as well). An experienced physician with quality medical training and board certification is desired. If hired without board certification, a physician must be board-eligible and must complete certification to continue employment. Urgent care physicians rotate evenly between three urgent care sites. Open weekdays 9 a.m. - 7 p.m. and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Part-time physicians work one out of four weekends. Full-time physicians work every other weekend. Practice in modern, beautifully designed, functional and well equipped medical office(s) with other board-certified physicians. Peoria, Illinois - A family physician is needed to work alongside other experienced physicians to accommodate a growing patient base. Call is 1:5 with nurse triage after hours to support call. Another OSF Medical Group physician covers nursing homes. This office will continue to grow to meet patient demands within the Peoria area. This office is conveniently located within 10 minutes of downtown Peoria, home to OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, Children's Hospital of Illinois, and the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria.
Peoria, Illinois - Very busy occupational medicine practice seeks an additional physician. Enjoy practicing with a group of two other board-certified physicians with additional specialty training in occupational medicine and two nurse practitioners. Board-eligible or board-certified occupational medicine physician is desired. We will also consider a board-certified family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics physician with occupational medicine experience. Physician will be expected to maintain Medical Review Officer and (when available) FMCSA (DOT) medical examiner certificates. This position will expand occupational medicine services through on-site services, regional services, and employee services. An understanding of a wellness program is required. An occupational medicine physician should see between 20 to 25 patients per day in clinic ranging from employee physicals, worker’s compensation injuries, and work related illness and injuries. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Physicians work four 10-hour days per week. Call coverage is on a monthly basis, usually every 4th or 5th month. The demands of on-call services are light, and can be handled telephonically. Broad based diagnostic skills and experience are essential for practice at our facilities. Quick assessment and treatment, such as basic sutures and foreign body skills, are required in this environment.
Pontiac, Illinois - A family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics physician is needed to serve a well-established and growing patient base. Call is 1:4 on the weekends. Physicians take their own call during the week. This position combines both clinical and hospital duties at OSF Saint James - John W. Albrecht Medical Center. This is an IDPH and RIMSAP payback site clinic.
Pontiac, Illinois - Dynamic family medicine or internal medicine/pediatrics physicians are needed to be part of a new OSF Medical Group hospitalist service at OSF Saint James - John W. Albrecht Medical Center, both adult and pediatrics. Internal medicine candidates will also be considered. We are looking for strong inpatient/critical care experience due to the fact that we need the hospitalists to cover adults and pediatrics. However, inpatient pediatric volume is very small and newborn/delivery coverage is limited as well. The hospitalist will also oversee the outpatient bedded patients as needed. These physicians will provide inpatient care services to 11-15 medical/surgical patients (including 5 ICU beds). Block scheduling of 7 days on / 7 days off. 12-hour days with start and end times to be determined. Cover night call 3 nights (Friday through Sunday) being available by phone when on call and respond to hospital within 30 minutes for admissions meeting specific criteria for physician on site. Night call will be covered by a defined number of local physicians that will be part of the hospitalist team for Monday through Thursday night call. These physicians will work in collaboration with OSF Saint Francis Medical Center adult hospitalist service.
Princeton, Illinois - an exciting opportunity for a full-time, hospital-employed, family medicine physician to be part of a new primary care clinic located at an OSF affiliate hospital. This physician would work with two (2) advanced practice providers. Call schedule will be 1:3. Physician will cover his/her own patients admitted to the hospital. A board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physician with quality medical training or a newly trained physician will be considered with the stipulation that board certification is in process.
