Meet Our Staff

	Les Mathers, MD, Senior Vice President, has brought leadership with private practice experience in single and multi-specialty medical group settings, hospital administration both in and outpatient areas, as well as health system administrative experience. Dr. Mathers has been involved with recruitment of physicians and other health care key personnel for over 20 years. He has worked in academic settings and directed postgraduate education as well as clinical activities.
	Marie Noeth, manager of physician onboarding, has over eleven years experience with OSF in physician recruitment and has been involved with almost 400 physicians hired within OSF. Marie holds a bachelor's degree from Western Illinois University. She is a member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters and Illinois Staff Physician Recruiters. Marie also holds certifications as a Certified Professional Physician Recruitment Consultant, and as a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter.
	Emily Shields, manager of physician recruitment, has a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois. Emily was born and raised in Peoria, Illinois. She spent the first four years of her career in Chicago where she worked in Information Technology recruiting and marketing before moving back to her hometown. Emily enjoys cooking, cheering on the Illini and spending time with her family.
	Stacey Morin, senior physician recruiter, holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and Journalism from Millikin University. Before joining the physician recruitment team in July 2008, she recruited for a variety of industries including engineering and information technology. Stacey has completed Level 1 Certification with the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, volunteering, traveling and spending time with her husband Josh and their chocolate lab, Sydney.
	Rachel Reliford Kloter, senior physician recruiter, is a central Illinois native who holds a bachelor's degree in Communication and a Master's degree in Public Administration and Policy from the University of Illinois. Before joining the physician recruitment team in March 2008, she was employed in a variety of areas within health care including lobbying, public relations, fundraising, marketing and contract management. Rachel has completed certification levels 1, 2, and 3 with the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters and has achieved Fellowship status. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, volunteering, dancing, and cultural events.
	Jennifer Barber, physician recruiter, holds a bachelor's degree from Bradley University in Business Management & Administration. She has certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She brings over five years of recruitment experience to OSF. She is a native of the Peoria, Illinois area. She is an active volunteer with the Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce and Peoria Ballet. She enjoys spending time with family, especially her four year old daughter.
	Tony Matranga, physician recruiter, is a central Illinois native, and has over six years health care recruitment experience. Tony holds a Bachelors degree in Geology from Southern Illinois University of Carbondale. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids' sports teams, nature, and traveling.
	Sue Swong, physician recruiter and human resources manager for OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center, holds a bachelor's degree in psychology along with an Master of Business Administration and PHR certification. Sue began her career as a marketing representative before entering into health care and managing a physician practice. She has since transitioned to the human resources team at OSF Saint Elizabeth. Sue was responsible for hospital-wide recruitment before focusing on physician recruitment. She is dedicated to her family and the Michigan Wolverines!
