2011 Annual Report

Each year, we produce an Annual Report to provide an overview of OSF HealthCare and to show how the services and programs we provide impact the lives of our patients and all those we serve.

The theme of our 2011 Annual Report, CONNECTIONS, appropriately illustrates our work this year. Our connections, through people, processes and technology, tell a story of collaboration across our system.

OSF HealthCare Chairperson Sister Judith Ann Duvall, O.S.F., reflects, "Collaboration within our Community of Caregivers is what enables us to achieve higher levels of service. Collaboration enables us to find common ground on which to build our future. Collaboration enables us to bring together our individual talents and insights and to serve with one mind and one heart. Our people, our processes and our technology are equal drivers of our success; their connection fuels our collaboration."

Sister concludes, "Reading this report, my hope is that you will see the connections between our people and their passion to serve, the processes we're using to improve care for all we serve, the technology that links our efforts and the loving spirit of God, Our Father, who sustains us and makes all things possible."
