All OSF Saint Clare Home services are provided without regard to sex, race, color, religion, national origin, or ability to pay.  Residents must be age 18 and older and attended by a licensed physician.  Eligibility is determined by our admissions committee after a pre-admission conference.  Each resident must have a complete history and physical examination prior to admission, and the attending physician also must sign orders for all care and medications.
