Connections 120: Pediatric Supportive Care Referrals

Last week I shared some information regarding the pediatric supportive care counseling and bereavement support offered at OSF Children’s Hospital of Illinois at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois.

For the 433 families who received pediatric supportive care services last year, you might find it interesting which sources referred those parents and families to our OSF Supportive Care teams. You can see the largest groups include the perinatal coordinators, the care transition coordinators and physicians.

Again, if you have questions about pediatric supportive care services, feel free to contact Laura Sollenberger, Supervisor of the OSF Pediatrics Supportive Care Counsel at (309) 624-9631.
