CARING FOR YOU WHEREVER YOU ARE
OSF OnCall Connect is one of the few programs in the nation that can digitally identify COVID-19 symptoms. The OSF OnCall Connect team will provide the care you need – from check-ins while quarantined to advanced at-home monitoring, and if necessary, hospitalization.
This simple, convenient care option is at no cost for students living in the dorms or in off-campus housing or for a member of the staff and faculty living in the Champaign-Urbana community. Whether you're looking for more information or need to connect to safe, personalized care, getting started is simple. Just call our Nurse Hotline or download the Safer Illinois app.

IMPORTANT: If you suspect you might have COVID-19, DO NOT immediately go to the hospital, campus health clinic or a doctor's office, as your presence will increase the risk of spreading the virus to other people.

WHAT IF MY SYMPTOMS WORSEN?
If your symptoms worsen, you will be referred to the AcuteCOVID@Home program, where you will receive monitoring equipment that allows us to evaluate your blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen levels. Registered nurses and licensed providers will oversee your care. If your symptoms continue to decline, you will be referred to a designated facility.
