We're here to care for you every day – including holidays. OSF OnCall Urgent Care offers you the ability to schedule easy and convenient in-person visits at a location near you from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day.

You can also connect with an OSF OnCall Urgent Care provider through a video visit wherever you are 24 hours a day.

What We Treat

OSF OnCall Urgent Care treats a range of mild illnesses and injuries, including:

  • Allergies
  • Back pain
  • Broken bones*
  • Cold or flu symptoms
  • Earache
  • Fevers
  • Foreign object in eye or nose
  • Headaches
  • Minor allergic reaction
  • Minor burns or bruises
  • Minor fracture
  • Pink eye
  • Rash or poison ivy
  • School and sports physicals for students year round* (Immunizations not available)
  • Scrapes or minor cuts
  • Skin complaints
  • Sore throat
  • Sprains
  • Suturing*
  • Urinary tract infection
  • Upper respiratory infection

*Not available for treatment with an OSF OnCall video visit

OTHER ON-SITE SERVICES PROVIDED:

Seasonal flu shots (for adults and children age 9 and older)

The VFC (Vaccines for Children) program is not available at OSF OnCall Urgent Care. Call your pediatrician or health department for more information.

Lab work and X-rays as part of your urgent care treatment

Occupational health services

(physicals, initial injury care, drug testing)

Medications and medical supplies needed for treatment

Who will be caring for me?

Each OSF OnCall Urgent Care clinic is staffed by an advanced practice provider, such as a physician assistant or advanced practice registered nurse. In addition, a radiology technologist and either a certified medical assistant or a medical office assistant or a licensed practical nurse, are also on staff and serve as your Care Guide during your visit.

During an OSF OnCall Urgent Care video visit, a board-certified advanced practice provider will handle your care and treatment.
