At the Patricia D. Pepe Center for Cancer Care, our care teams ensure that our patients receive innovative, personalized care from diagnosis through treatment.

Our care team provides support and care – from chemotherapy, genetics, hematology and immunotherapy to radiation therapy, rehabilitation, surgery and survivorship – in one location close to home so you can maintain the highest quality of life while receiving the best possible outcomes.

We have a dedicated team of board-certified providers in medical oncology and radiation oncology. Over 75% of our nurses are nationally oncology nursing certified, and 100% of our chemotherapy nurses are chemotherapy-trained and certified.

Accreditations & Certifications

We are proud to be the first radiation oncology department in the Rockford area to obtain American College of Radiology Certification in radiation oncology.

We are also the only cancer center in the region to be triple-accredited in oncology practice: overall cancer care, medical oncology and radiation oncology.
