If you are coming for surgery or an outpatient procedure – or if you are going to visit a patient, follow the directions to the North Parking Deck. Our friendly concierge staff will help you find your destination.

If you are looking for a specialty clinic, including the Congenital Heart Center, Pediatric Surgery Center,  Pediatric Subspecialty Clinic, or OSF Medi-Park Pharmacy, please park in MediPark 2.

Parking Information
Free parking is available in the North Parking Deck.

Valet & Drop Off Information
Valet parking is available at the main entrance and on the first floor of the North Parking Deck. Patients may also be dropped off at the main entrance.

 

Medi-Park 2

Medi Park 2

Parking Information
Free parking is available in Medi Park 2 for patients going to Zone 2 Registration, OSF Medi-Park Pharmacy and Hillcrest.

Drop Off Information
Patients may be dropped off at the Zone 2 entrance on the left side of the drive or at the Hillcrest building on the right before entering the parking deck.

Finding a Patient Room

Zone Locations Our campus is divided into zones to help you find your way around. Once you are inside the medical center, follow the signs to your zone and take the elevator to your floor. If you do not know your zone, concierge are available at information desks throughout the first floor to help you.

Printed maps are located at all information desks and digital signs.

 

Understanding Room Numbers

Room Numbers 4-Digit Room Number
The first number is the floor, the second number is the zone, and the last two numbers are the room number.

In the example to the right, room 3215 is on the third floor in zone 2, room 15.

3-Digit Room Number
All 3-digit room numbers are located in zone 9. The first number is the floor and the last two numbers are the room number.

In the example to the right, room 615 is in zone 9 on the sixth floor, room 15.
