If you speak another language other than English or are deaf, hearing or visually-impaired, we offer interpreter services free of charge.
Our Language Services Department works collaboratively with the Ministry and community caregivers to facilitate care to patients with limited English proficiency, non-English speakers and the hearing and visually-impaired communities, including underserved and minority populations.
This language facilitation will remedy disparities and barriers to health care.
The Language Services Supervisor will oversee the language interpretation, and will provide Spanish interpretation in person.
We offer our patients in-person interpreters, over the phone interpretation (OPI), and Video Remote Interpreter (VRI).
If you would like to request our interpreter services or have any questions, please contact our Language Services Supervisor Alejandra Coronel at (217) 841-2579.
