Diabetes Support Group

This support group is for anyone who is touched by diabetes.

The purpose of this group is to provide education as well as provide support for those who have diabetes.

The Diabetes Support Group meets monthly to allow diabetics the opportunity to speak freely about topics related in the struggle to handle a lifestyle with diabetes. It gives individuals the opportunity to ask questions or to express concerns to our diabetic team as well as other diabetics.

Each month there will be a guest speaker.  Guest speakers and dates are available on our online Classes & Events Calendar .  The Support Group meets in the Wellness Classroom on the north side of OSF Holy Family Medical Center. Participants may enter through the employee entrance.
