Join OSF St. Joseph Medical Center and Dr. Anjali Bhagra for a free, heart-healthy breakfast, as we educate the community about stress and women’s heart health.
Registration and breakfast is from 7:30 to 8 a.m., and Anjali Bhagra, MBBS, FACP will present from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 24 at the DoubleTree Hotel and Conference Center in Bloomington. Guests will learn about the effects of stress on your heart health, and you’ll receive tips on how to reduce stress for a healthier and happier heart.
Dr. Bhagra is a practicing internist at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. Dr. Bhagra is trained in both Radiology and Internal Medicine, and has a special interest in how stress affects genders differently.
In addition to a tasty, heart-healthy breakfast, guests will receive a complimentary gift for attending. Guests are also encouraged to wear red to show their support for heart disease awareness. To register for the event, please click here.
