The Friday, May 6 presentation hosted by the Stroke Club at OSF Saint Elizabeth Medical Center has been postponed due to a scheduling conflict. The group will reconvene on Friday, May 13 from 7-8 p.m. in meeting room 4 at the hospital.
Dr. Guarav Singh, a board-certified ophthalmologist, will offer a special program on vision changes following stroke. Dr. Singh is a member of the OSF Saint Elizabeth medical staff and frequently performs procedures at the facility. He has been employed with Gailey Eye Clinic in Ottawa since 2012.
Dr. Singh received his Doctor of Medicine from University of Illinois at Chicago in 2008 and then completed a one year internship at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Singh obtained his specialty training in ophthalmology at the prestigious Medical College of Wisconsin Eye Institute in Milwaukee, WI.
