OSF HealthCare Saint Paul Medical Center congratulates Patient Care Tech, Maribel Delao for receiving the “Little-Big Tech Award” from the Emergency Physicians Staffing Solutions (EPSS).  EPSS staffs the OSF Saint Paul Emergency Department with physicians.

Dr. Troy Cutler recognized Maribel at an event that was held in East Peoria on Thursday, December, 13th.  The plaque she received reads; "This individual consistently goes above and beyond her duties to help with patient satisfaction, patient flow and improved the ED experience by doing all the little things that make a BIG difference."

Zack Vankeulen, Director of Emergency Services at OSF Saint Paul was not surprised that Maribel was recognized by EPSS.  “Maribel consistently lives the OSF Mission in her daily work at OSF Saint Paul Medical Center. She is an incredibly hard worker and is always willing to go the extra mile for her patients, her Mission Partners, and our Physicians from Emergency Physician Staffing Solutions (EPSS). Maribel recently decided to return to nursing school and is now enrolled in classes at Illinois Valley Community College. I look forward to watching Maribel grow as a nurse and as a OSF Mission Partner,” said Vankeulen.
