OSF Saint Paul Medical Center is pleased to welcome Shylendra Sreenivasappa, MD to its staff.
Dr. Sreeni specializes in Hematology/Oncology, caring for patients with breast and lung cancer along with lymphoma and gastrointestinal oncology.
Dr. Sreeni received his medical degree from Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences, Bangalore, India. He completed his residency and fellowship at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County, Chicago, IL. Dr. Sreeni also sees patients at OSF Saint Anthony – Center for Cancer Care in Rockford, IL.
Dr. Sreeni’s will see patients in the Community Health Services Department at OSF Saint Paul Medical Center, 1401 E. 12th Street, Mendota, IL. Appointments can be made weekdays by calling (815) 539-1422.
