With a vision of empowering its residents to live a healthier lifestyle, Live Well Streator is excited to announce a new online community wellness resource that focuses on activity, healthy eating, and well-being.
Thanks to the innovative work of Ellen Vogel, Community Health Engagement Program Manager with OSF HealthCare, Results Physical Therapy and Fitness, the Streator Family YMCA, The Edge Gym & Fitness, and the Activity Action Team, the Streator community can look forward to high-tech wellness opportunities.
Participants will have access to wellness workshops, online trackers for exercise and water intake, and much more with this online platform powered by OSF HealthCare. Participants will earn points for participating and prizes as goals are achieved. It’s fun, easy, and syncs with fitness trackers – there’s also an app!
Registration will be available March 17 – 31, at the following locations: Results Physical Therapy and Fitness, the Streator Family YMCA, and The Edge Gym & Fitness. The $25, cash or check, fee grants you exclusive access through December 31, 2019.
