The 38th Annual Conkey Family Award winner was announced on Monday afternoon at OSF HealthCare Saint Paul Medical Center as a part of kicking off this year’s hospital week festivities. Rita Kellen, Respiratory Therapist from the Cardiopulmonary Department from OSF Saint Paul, was named as this year’s winner. Rita has been caring for patients for nearly 24 years and is described by her nominator as dependable, compassionate, great work ethic and truly dedicated to all aspects of the success of OSF Saint Paul. Her drive to serve every person, patient or Mission Partner, with the greatest care and love is undeniable. Rita is pictured with Heather Bomstad, Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer and Dawn Trompeter, OSF Saint Paul President.
