OSF Home Care & Hospice and UP Health System Home Care & Hospice will partner together for the annual “Ring Bells for Hospice” campaign this November, National Home Care & Hospice Month.
The campaign is launched throughout the state and local area to create awareness of hospice organizations and the hospice philosophy.
OSF HomeCare & Hospice and UP Health System Home Care & Hospice, along with staff, volunteers and community members will gather together to ring bells in memory of those in our community who have passed under hospice care this year.
The Bells for Hospice ceremony will be held at North Wood’s Place, located at 508 S. Lincoln Road, Escanaba. Participants will gather at approximately 11:45 a.m. EST on Friday, November 1, 2019. The program will begin at noon and will include a moment of silence, prayer and a violin performance by Ms. Cherith Hague. Community churches have been invited to ring their bells at noon.
