(Mendota, IL / August 28, 2020) – OSF Medical Group – Obstetrics & Gynecology is pleased to welcome Leigh Ann Kowalski, DO, to its staff. Dr. Kowalski will be seeing patients in Ottawa and will offer a Mendota clinic starting October 8.
Dr. Kowalski will provide annual wellness exams and treat all issues in women’s health care.
Dr. Kowalski received her Bachelor of Science from Eureka College, her Master of Science from Northwestern University McCormick School of Engineering, and Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Bioscience.
Dr. Kowalski works to provide long term relationships with her patients. A central Illinois native, she is excited to use her special skills to serve the small towns and rural areas of the region with the greatest care and love.
Dr. Kowalski’s office will be located at OSF Medical Group – Obstetrics & Gynecology, 1614 E. Norris Drive in Ottawa, IL and 1405 E. 12th Street, Suite 400, Mendota, IL. Appointments can be made for either location by calling (815) 431-0435.
