OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony Medical Center has named Angela Kitts-Faron, APRN, and Sarah Hackbarth, BSN, RN, CNOR, to the Neuroscience Service Line.
Kitts-Faron joins the team of interventional and general neurology providers with five years of advanced practice experience. Kitts-Faron worked for OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony Medical Center as a registered nurse on the Neuro/Trauma Intensive Care Unit before becoming an advanced practice provider.
Hackbarth, who recently transitioned into the stroke coordinator role, joined the OSF family 10 years ago. Previously, she served OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony Medical Center as a clinical educator for OR, ambulatory surgery, surgical preadmission center, recovery, sterile processing and cardiac cath lab. Hackbarth also served as the interim manager of Professional Practice & Magnet.
