Kayla Weise has been named director of entity finance at OSF HealthCare St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group.
Weise is responsible for day-to-day leadership, influence, and support to the people and processes that drive business performance of the Escanaba region. She provides leadership for the deployment of the Ministry strategies for affordability and sustainability and leverages Ministry financial planning and analysis, and other resources needed to support OSF St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group leaders in achieving performance targets. She also provides the OSF team with financial insight and planning, including new programs and strategies and regulatory changes.
Prior to joining OSF HealthCare, Weise worked for Munson HealthCare where she served most recently in Clinical and Business Intelligence (CBI) as a financial analytics program manager. She has also held multi-level roles as a business intelligence analyst. Prior to beginning her career at Munson HealthCare, Weise worked for OSF Home Care Services, in which she held roles as a senior accountant and later as a financial analyst. Weise also worked in various accounting roles after graduating from Saginaw Valley State University Center with a bachelor of business administration in accounting degree.
Weise proceeds former director of entity finance, Fred Wagner, who retired in May from OSF St. Francis Hospital after 30 years of service.
