OSF HealthCare is pleased to add a new primary care provider to serve the community of Monmouth and surrounding areas better.
The addition of Jeremy Carrier, MD, on August 30, 2021, will ensure continued access for patients in need of primary care at the OSF Medical Group – Primary Care office at 1000 W. Harlem Ave., Monmouth.
Dr. Carrier joins the primary care team at Monmouth and offers many services, including family medicine.
Dr. Carrier earned a Bachelor of Science from Monmouth College and his medical degree from University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria. He completed his family medicine residency at Methodist Medical Center of Illinois. In his spare time, Dr. Carrier enjoys volunteering, engaging in church-related activities, family night, wakeboarding, exercising and weight training.
