OSF HealthCare is offering a virtual event to provide employers with Department of Labor updates.

Join OSF HealthCare and guest presenter Brian Bothast from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) for 2022 updates, regulations and how OSHA’s National Emphasis Program on COVID affects you as an employer.

Attendees will leave the session with a better understanding of the OSHA COVID-19 National Emphasis Programs and new Emergency Temporary Standard, including a template for a workplace COVID-19 plan.

OSHA has a wide variety of Emphasis Programs, both regionally and nationally that focus resources on particular hazards and high-hazard industries. Regional Emphasis Programs include building renovation/rehabilitation and demolition, grain handling facilities, powered industrial vehicles and more.

Specific concerns can be addressed in the program by sending questions to Amber Wood at amber.l.wood@osfhealthcare.org.

The Healthy Workplace event is co-hosted by OSF Employer Relations, OSF Saint Luke Medical Center and OSF Saint Clare Medical Center. Register online by October 4.
