OSF HealthCare Saint Elizabeth Medical Center is pleased to announce the Sunflower Award was recently presented to Tara Damron, MRI Technologist in the Diagnostic Imaging Department. Tara has been with OSF HealthCare for thirteen years and resides in Marseilles, IL.
"The Sunflower Award recognizes care team members outside of nursing for the extraordinary care they provide to those we serve, and Tara is definitely deserving," said Heather Bomstad, Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer for OSF Saint Elizabeth.
Damron received four nominations from grateful patients that included, "Tara was very kind and caring when taking care of my stepdad. Her compassion for her patients emanates from her very soul." Another patient wrote, "Tara was exceptionally kind. She was very helpful and great at her job. I have had a great, comfortable and caring experience not only once but a couple of times and I believe she should be recognized for being the Sunflower of my experience and day!"
