Congratulations to our Mission Partners in the Ambulatory Care Unit (ACU), the most recent winners of the Grateful Patient Team Award.
This award recognizes the excellence and collaboration of an entire department or medical practice group.
ACU was recognized for the teamwork they demonstrate recognizing their professional and helpful demeanor. A patient noted “I will always recommend OSF to everyone as this team is very dedicated to what they do and all deserve a big thanks. I greatly appreciate everyone who took care of me.”
This department is also where patients go for gastrointestinal (GI) procedures, which include colonoscopies. Many of the nominations also note who wonderful the GI team is, typically highlighting that the procedure was far better than anticipated thanks to this great team!
