Dr. Marck was drawn to medicine because he had always loved biological science in school, and he likes helping people.
“I listen to patient complaints and I try to relate to them,” he said. “I work with patients toward their goals.”
He enjoys family medicine because it allows him to provide comprehensive care for patients. He especially enjoys working with older couples, and he likes that OSF HealthCare delivers family-centered, cost-conscious care with a warm, friendly staff.
Dr. Marck grew up in Long Island, New York, where he enjoyed the nice climate, opportunities for outdoor activities, Long Island Sound and being close to New York City. He has three children, and he enjoys traveling, reading, music and politics. He has had a long-term interest in meteorology and would love to write a novel someday.
