Dr. Do grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago.  He completed his cardiology fellowship in June 2013 and is looking forward to beginning his career with HeartCare Midwest joining his fellow cardiologists, Drs. Thompson, Lome and Vallala.  He is a member of the American College of Cardiology.

As a high school student, Hulbert was unsure of his career path until he spent some time volunteering at a local  hospital and observe the difference physicians made in their patients’ lives.  He decided to pursue cardiology to do his part to impact the leading cause of death in the US, cardiovascular disease.

While studying hard at Loyola, Hulbert managed to find social time and had the fortune of meeting his future wife.  They married after graduation from medical school and now have a young son who is the light of their lives.

When not taking care of cardiovascular patients, Dr. Do enjoys time with his family, traveling and trying new restaurants.

Best Part of the Job?
"Seeing sick patients who I have cared for going home feeling better."
