Dr. Londoño was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia, known as “The City of Eternal Spring.” She has embraced Peoria for the kind people and the ability to “find the adventure you are looking for” no matter the season.
She became a physician because she wanted to positively impact people’s lives and she saw neurology as an exciting and challenging field to take on.
She came to OSF HealthCare because the fit was perfect for her ambitions.
“OSF HealthCare offered me the privilege of making a difference in the lives of the patients by offering specialized care that is limited or not available in the region,” she said.
Dr. Londoño believes patients should play a significant role in the decision-making process regarding their care and she strives to make sure their needs come first.
“I take time to listen to your concerns and ask questions to with the goal of finding the best explanation of your complaints,” she said. “Together we discuss treatment options and formulate a plan of care.”
Dr. Londoño is married and has two daughters. She likes to travel, dance, bake, enjoy a meal with family and friends and listen to music while cooking. She also enjoys soccer, Zumba and kickboxing.
