- 1/3 cup rolled oats (use certified gluten free oats for GF version)
- 1/3 cup non-fat milk
- 1/3 cup non-fat, vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspon Splenda® brown sugar blend
- 2 Tablespoons 100% pure pumpkin
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1 Tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- Combine the first seven ingredients in a jar and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Garnish with pumpkin seeds.
- Serve cold.
