Honey Chai Smoothie Bowl

The flavor in this healthy smoothie will bowl you over!

Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, peeled, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cup Greek nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 pinches of cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of ground cardamom
  • 2 pinches of ground allspice
  • 2 pinches of ground cloves
  • 2 pinches of ground ginger 

Directions

  1. Combine banana, honey, chia seeds, peanut butter, spices, and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into bowl and add desired toppings.
  2. Suggested toppings: 1 sliced banana, 1 tablespoon pepitas, 1 tablespoon old fashioned oats, 2/3 cup fresh blueberries (split between 2 bowls)
