Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 5 watermelon triangles (1 triangle = 1/3 of a wedge)
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk lime juice and honey.
  2. Brush both sides of watermelon wedge with honey lime juice.
  3. Sprinkle fresh mint on top.
