Serves: 6 (Serving = 1/2 cup)
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 cups diced strawberries
- 3 Tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon black pepper
- In a medium bowl, add lemon juice and olive oil. Whisk together until combined.
- Add remaining ingredients to lemon juice mixture. Stir until well combined.
