Mixed Berries and Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is a great source of calcium, which is important for bone health. Berries contain a variety of antioxidants, which have been researched for their role in disease prevention. At only 170 calories and 1 gram of fat, this recipe makes a quick and easy breakfast that is also filling!

Serves: 8oz


1 cup frozen mixed berries 

1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt 

1 frozen banana 

1/4 cup orange juice 

1 tsp honey 


Combine all ingredients together ina  blender and puree until smooth.
