Three Ingredient Summer Fruit Salad

Toss this fruit together in a flash.  This My Plate recipe was featured during OSF HealthCare Holy Family's Virtual Wellness Fair in June 2021.  This doubles or triples easily for a crowd and features fruit in season during the summer.

Serves: 3/4 cup (recipe serves 4)


1 cup strawberries, diced (use fresh or frozen)

1 cup watermelon, cubed

1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned packed in natural juice (do not drain)


1. Stir fruit together in medium bowl.

2. Cover and chill.  Serve as soon as possible.
