Think jam and salmon don’t go together? Think again! This quick, easy recipe can be made in the oven or over the grill. It is also a tasty way to include more heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids in your diet.
- 1/3 cup jam
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Four 4 ounce salmon filets
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch pan with foil.
- In a small bowl, combine jam, mustard, paprika, and pepper. Wisk until well mixed.
- Spread jam mixture over salmon. Bake at 350°F for 14-16 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
