Learn about the physical and emotional changes you can expect during pregnancy, labor and delivery.

Our nurse perinatal educator will address labor support techniques, options for pain reduction and relaxation/breathing exercises.

This class should be taken in or near the seventh month of pregnancy.

Partners are strongly encouraged to attend.

Classes will be held in the Saint Anthony Room, Come in the main hospital entrance and go to the right.
