Golf Fitness
The Golf Fitness program at OSF Saint Elizabeth is the only one of its kind within 50 miles. Available year-round Monday through Friday, golf fitness is taught indoors and is often utilized by those seeking an edge for the upcoming golf season.
The end result of the six-week instruction is that players will likely see some improvement in their golf score. But the goal of the program is to help golf enthusiasts discover the following benefits:

Golf Fitness is taught by Doug Wisler, an exercise physiologist, who is also a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor. Certification is maintained by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), an industry expert on golf-specific health, fitness and swing advice.
