Lose it for Life
These classes are offered for anyone going through our medical and surgical weight loss programs.
The interactive classes are packed with nutrition and exercise tips for successful, long-term weight loss. Our program includes weekly weigh-ins, daily food monitoring and 12 thirty-minute education sessions. Class topics include: tips to boost metabolism, creating your exercise plan, portion control, smart shopping, tips for dining out, emotional eating and more!
Sessions are held every Wednesday from 4:30-5:00pm at the RiverPlex. Classes rotate through a 12-week cycle so you can join at any time.
