This poster highlights a new imaging option used with a complex pediatric cardiology case to capture both high anamotical resolution and accurate tissue characteristics without compromising the integrity of either attribute. 

 

Use of Immersive Environments to Address the Challenge of Entrustability in Recognition of the Critically-ill Patient

This poster highlights the results of a research project testing the effectiveness of VR training for clinicians in diagnosing critically-ill patients. Participants in the study earned high correct response rates and rated VR experience as equal or superior to traditional lecture.
