OSF HealthCare Sports Health will host a sports physical clinic on Wednesday, July 22 from 8 a.m. to noon at Pontiac Township High School. Physicals will be available for $25 per athlete. An appointment is not needed. A signed parental consent form will be required.
Participants and parents must wear a mask to enter the building.
