OSF Saint Clare announces 2023 scholarship winners

  • 2023 Scholarship Winners

OSF HealthCare Saint Clare Medical Center in Princeton awarded health career scholarships to four area students. This year a total of $4,000 included three nursing scholarships and one health career scholarship. Each student was awarded $1,000 to help with educational expenses.

Harold Morine Scholarship
Kaia Robbins is the recipient of the Harold Morine Scholarship. Kaia is a Princeton High School graduate pursuing a nursing degree at Illinois Wesleyan University. She hopes to become a labor and delivery nurse.

Pierson Nursing Scholarship
Toni Newton and Julia Vander Meersch are the recipients of the Pierson Nursing Scholarship.

Toni is a graduate of Hall High School. She is enrolled at Illinois Valley Community College (IVCC) this fall and plans to pursue a career in nursing. Toni has already begun working in the health care setting as a CNA and looks forward to her future as a nurse.

Julia of Arlington is a nursing student at Illinois State University. She will be a junior this fall and actively seeks opportunities to advance her knowledge and expertise in nursing.

OSF Saint Clare Health Career Scholarship
Christian Rosario of Princeton is the recipient of the OSF Saint Clare Health Career Scholarship. This fall, he will attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and major in kinesiology. He hopes to become a physical therapist.
