The Team Award recognizes the excellence and collaboration of an entire department or medical practice group.
The department was recognized for the teamwork they display as well as excellent care they provide. A patient noted: “I just wanted to tell anyone that reads this how happy I am about the care I received at your hospital. I am sorry as I do not remember names, but every person that took care of me was awesome. Thank you so much! I want you ALL to know how much I appreciate the care you gave me and how comfortable you made me feel!”
