The addition of Samuel Vazquez, MD will ensure increased access for patients in need of surgery at OSF Medical Group -- Surgery,3315 N. Seminary St. in Galesburg and OSF Medical Group -- Surgery at 1000 W. Harlem Ave.in Monmouth.
Dr. Vazquez received his medical education from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and obtained his medical residency from the University of Massachusetts General Surgery Residency program. He speaks both English and Spanish.
