This is a support group for those who have had, or are preparing to have, weight loss surgery.  The surgery is just a tool for weight loss, and you will only get out of it what you put in. 

The lifestyle changes that you make after surgery can be challenging, and you may find it helpful to have extra support.  This is a great way to connect with others who have had the surgery, and to lift each other up when things get tough. 

An OSF health care professional will also be present to answer any questions you may have.  Registration is NOT required to attend, however, it is helpful for the facilitators to know how many people to expect.
