This course covers essential information on labor and more, and highlights ways partners can help throughout the process. You’ll also get a sense of what labor is really like as you watch several birth stories.

Understanding Birth Class content includes:

Pregnancy
Labor
Birth Stories
Comfort Techniques
Medical Procedures
Cesarean Birth
Newborns
Postpartum

Partners welcome. Only one registration required per couple or per individual.

This is a 2 part series and will be held on 2 consecutive Saturdays for 4 hours.
