Consider the Understanding Birth Class your go-to guide for answers you can trust on childbirth. This course covers essential information on labor and more, and highlights ways partners can help throughout the process. You’ll also get a sense of what labor is really like as you watch several birth stories.

Understanding Birth Class content includes:

Pregnancy
Labor
Birth Stories
Comfort Techniques
Medical Procedures
Cesarean Birth
Newborns
Postpartum

Partners welcome. Only one registration required per couple or per individual.

This class will be an 8 hour session with a mid afternoon break. Please feel free to bring your lunch or snacks. Resturants are nearby for other lunch options.
