Dr. Maan El-Khadra was drawn to work at OSF HealthCare because of the “quality health care and compassionate, personalized service OSF provides patients.”

Dr. El-Khadra says he chose the path of cardiovascular medicine because it’s dynamic with promising development.

“I have a holistic approach to care to try and understand the patient’s needs and interests,” he said. “I also try to help educate my patients and come up with a plan to help them live as healthy of a life as possible.”

When he’s not providing care to patients, he enjoys playing basketball, swimming and music.

Dr. El-Khadra is married with three children who are pursuing careers in dentistry and physical therapy.
