Board-certified doctors and advanced practice providers are ready to diagnose and treat patients of all ages. You don’t even need to be an OSF HealthCare patient to use OSF OnCall. Secure and confidential, appointments cost just $35. Patients typically are seen by a provider within 30 minutes.

OSF MyChart
OSF HealthCare offers 24/7 access to your health record with OSF MyChart at osfmychart.org. When you sign up for OSF MyChart, you can stay informed and involved in your health care decisions from your computer or phone whether you’re at work, on the road or at home. You can also download the free app for both iPhone and Android devices.
With this free, fast and secure access to your medical records, you can:
